Our Vineyards Produce Award-Winning Wines!

Our first vineyard planting was in 1997, and we currently have six acres of vineyards under production. We grow three varietals that are well suited to the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains: Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and cool-climate Syrah grapes. These varietals thrive in the consistently warm daytime, cooler temperatures at night, a touch of fog, and the well drained, slightly rocky soil. We have sold our grapes to several wineries locally and in the greater bay area with much success! Our 2003 and 2004 Estate Grown Pinot Noir produced under the Hallcrest Vinyeards label in Felton won gold medals in the prestigious 2006 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
