Olio Nuovo – “New Oil” - is extra virgin olive oil at its freshest just off the press – literally! Rather than letting the oil rest, the new oil is bottled immediately after pressing. The result is an intensely flavorful and aromatic oil that is truly a treat to taste!
Made in the traditional Italian “Agrumato” style, we custom crushed our estate olives and Eureka lemons to produce this wonderful, lively olive oil. This method of co-milling the fruit and olives together marries the flavors of our Tuscan olives perfectly with the zest and vibrant notes of lemon.

At Belle Farms, we formulate unique bath and beauty solutions that incorporate the natural benefits of our nature’s essential oils and botanical extracts. Our formulations are packed with variety of active natural and organic ingredients that nourish, balance and honor your body. The use of natural ingredients such as olive oils, lavender, lemon grass, and thyme create a rich bathing experience.
Our first vineyard planting was in 1997, and we currently have over ten acres of vineyards under production. We grow several varietals that are well suited to the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains: Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and cool-climate Syrah. These varietals thrive in our consistently warm daytime, with cooler temperatures at night, a touch of fog, and the well drained, slightly rocky soil. We have long-standing relationships with the wineries that purchase our award-winning grapes.
